Our top-quality herbs and tea are rich in flavor and essential oils, due to the unique climate soil of the island of Naxos and the mountain regions of Northern Greece where they are grown. The herbs are harvested exclusively by hand, in the adequate time period of each plant. The leaves and blossoms are dried the same day in perfect conditions, so as not to lose their valuable bioactive substances.
